Concept and space diagram for a steel frame Congress Hall. The final master plan came as a result of using the existing ground level difference in order to solve at the same time the spatial needs for vast main spaces (reception, exhibition areas, auditorium, café, first aid and children rooms) and secondary areas (storage, mechanical space, indoor parking ). The aim was to explore financial and fund raising options.
